Exchange & Cancel orders
Because the inventory changes every day, If some of the products you ordered are outstock, you can contact our customer service to change. Also if you do not want to change, you can cancel the order.

Note: Products that have been personalized (name, number, patches, sponsors) cannot be exchanged or canceled.
If your customized products is defective or customization, please contact our customer service and customer service team to handle it.

Defective Products
If you find that the product are defective after receiving our product (guarantee that the product is unused), please contact our customer service team for return and exchange processing.

Note: If your shirts have threads, you can cut them off yourself with scissors, this is not a quality issue.

We cannot compensate for used products because the advertising and customization of the shirts are easily damaged parts.

Please be careful to use the correct washing method:

Use neutral detergent, soak the clothes in water for about 5 minutes, turn the clothes inside out and wash them by hand. Do not rub hard. No need to twist and pull after rinsing. Just hang them in a ventilated place. Do not expose them to sunlight. Do not soak for too long, machine wash or use bleach. Improper washing methods are likely to cause the advertising or printing on the dresser to fall off.

Refunds & Returns
When your order meets our return/exchange conditions, you can apply for a refund.
  • If you are received defective products, you can request refund, but product must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.
  • Customization errors or defective.

Note: Once we agree your refund, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment..
